Thanks Ujwala! I find foreshortening daunting too - I think that's why I like the quick poses like these: they make me work quick and forget about the fear (somewhat).
Nice work, Sam. I went to pose maniacs the other day, but wasn't too pleased with what I did - these are great. I think the 45 second warm up is a great idea.
Thanks Casey, Yeah, I've come to realize I really need a good 10 minutes or so of 30 or 45 second pose warmumps (30 are such a challenge). My goal in these exercises is to bring the life of the 30 second pose to my longer studies - It's an area I think I really need to work on.

very pleased with the 90 sec poses..much better composition and some difficult poses done in a vy grounded manner that fills the space well. great job
